Our business and these terms
Falquemi is operated by Chengdu Kebiman Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. Owner: Deng Jiangyong. Contact and company address are provided below. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
Using the store
Provide accurate details, keep account credentials secure and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse forms, submit malicious content or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict misuse where proportionate and lawful.
Product descriptions and imagery
Our products focus on ceramic tableware. Catalog images are original AI-generated design illustrations, not verified production photographs. Screens and lighting can affect colour. Props are not included. We do not treat visual references as proof of dimensions, capacity, package contents, certifications, origin or heat and appliance suitability. Where a specific attribute matters, ask for confirmed details before purchasing.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in USD. Shipping fees and any taxes collected are shown at checkout. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is reflected in the order’s processing or dispatch confirmation. We may contact you about a genuine error or availability issue and provide a cancellation or refund option where appropriate. We do not substitute a materially different item without agreement.
Changes, cancellation and delivery
Email promptly for address corrections or cancellation. Changes depend on whether dispatch has occurred. Our Shipping Policy explains rates, processing and transit estimates. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will address undelivered or damaged goods according to the circumstances and applicable rights.
Returns and refunds
Our Return Policy provides a 30-day request window, the return process and refund timing. It supplements mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods and does not replace them.
Care and safe use
Ceramic can chip or crack if dropped or exposed to unsuitable conditions. Inspect items before use and stop using damaged pieces. Follow confirmed product care instructions. Do not assume suitability for an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, direct flame or sudden temperature changes from appearance alone.
Content and third-party services
Store design, original text and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce its protected content for commercial use without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms; their presence does not establish an endorsement.
