Currency and totals
Store prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Review the merchandise subtotal, shipping and any tax shown at checkout before confirming payment. Standard US shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more; expedited shipping is $7.99.
Available payment methods
The payment methods actually offered at checkout are the methods available for your order. Availability can depend on the provider, device, region and transaction. Payment logos displayed on a product page are identifiers; they do not promise that every method is available for every buyer.
Confirmation and verification
An order acknowledgement records receipt of your order request. If information needed to prepare the order is missing or the payment cannot be confirmed, we may contact you through the details you supplied. Provide accurate billing information and do not repeatedly submit a payment if you are unsure whether an earlier attempt succeeded. Contact support with the order reference.
Security and provider charges
Payment details are handled through the checkout and the payment services shown there. Never send full card numbers, security codes or account passwords to our support email. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges; check its terms if these costs affect your decision.
Refunds and billing concerns
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For a return, the stated refund processing window is within 10 business days after the returned goods are received and the refund is approved, subject to any shorter legal requirement. For an incorrect charge or an unrecognized order, contact us and your payment provider promptly so it can be reviewed.
