We do not infer appliance suitability from the word ceramic. Use only the instructions confirmed for your specific item. Email us before ordering if you require a particular rating or use.
Are the images product photographs?
They are original AI-generated design illustrations. They show the intended visual direction and table styling, not verified samples or exact dimensions. Background props are not included.
Can I return an item?
Request a return by email within 30 days after delivery. Personal-preference returns must be unused and in their original condition, with packaging suitable for safe transit. Read our Return Policy for the process and postage responsibility.
What if ceramic arrives damaged?
Email your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Do not use damaged ceramics. Keep the packaging while we assess a suitable resolution. This does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
Can I change an address or cancel?
Email as soon as possible. We can only make changes before dispatch where operationally possible. A dispatched order follows the return process.
